SHIPPING
All products on ARK are shipped directly by our independent designers and artists, who use their own packaging and shipping providers.
Ownership of the goods transfers to you upon delivery to the specified address. At this point, ARK and the designer/s are no longer responsible for the items.
SHIPPING TIMES & COSTS
As we work with independent designers and artists, shipping times are estimates and fees vary by designer.
Each product page includes a 'Shipping' tab with information on where your order will be shipped from, shipping costs, production times in the case of made-to-order items items and estimated dispatch times. If your order includes items from multiple designers shipping costs can be higher.
Once an item is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. ARK is not liable for missed deliveries and reserves the right to charge you the costs for shipping charges of uncollected packages.
Our shipping rates are carefully structured to encompass the majority of shipments. While we strive to keep shipping rates fair and transparent for our customers, certain remote locations or specialized delivery requirements may incur additional fees. If this occurs, we will notify you via email and provide the option to cancel the order.

TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email with tracking details. Please check the status of your parcel as there may be customs and taxes to be paid in order to receive your order. Failure to pay these charges may result in the return of your package, as well as you being liable to pay the taxes as these will have been charged to the designer.
TAXES & DUTIES
Please note that product prices and shipping fees do not include import duties or taxes. These may be charged when the shipment reaches the destination country, and payment is the customer's responsibility. Please refer to the 'Shipping' tab on product pages to identify the shipment’s origin.
ARK currently does not calculate or collect import duties on your behalf. To estimate potential costs, you can use online calculators like Simply Duty. Please note that these tools provide only estimates and may not include carrier admin fees or other surcharges.
Failure to pay applicable duties and taxes may result in your order being returned, with taxes and return costs deducted from your refund.
RETURNS
Customers have 7 days from receipt of delivery to request a return. If you wish to make a return, please email support@arkcollectives.com with “Return – your order number” in the subject line and the reason for return. We will then provide return instructions and the return address.
The refund will be processed within 3 working days of receiving the item. Products must be returned in their original condition using a trackable, signed-for delivery service. The product must be unused, and all original packaging and price labels must be returned without having been altered. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the costs of returning the items.
Please note that some items including made-to-order, pre-order, sale, jewellery, accessories and bags are exempt from our return and refunds policy. If you have any questions about our items please email support@arkcollectives.com.
EXCHANGES
For exchange requests, please email support@arkcollectives.com, and a member of our team will assist you. Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges. Not all items are eligible for exchange, particularly made-to-order or pre-order items. Exchanges are at the discretion of the designer.
HEAVY SHIPMENTS
For larger or heavier items, such as art pieces, shipping costs may be calculated separately. After purchase, you will receive a shipping quote for approval before the item is dispatched.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept various payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. All transactions are encrypted using SSL to protect your payment information. If you choose PayPal, you will be redirected to their platform to complete your order. For more information about PayPal, visit paypal.com.
